Following the decision from First in Suffolk & Norfolk to withdraw commercial bus services operating in Bury St Edmunds on 31st March 2012, Suffolk County Council Passenger Transport immediately started work on assessing the options for replacement services to ensure that the travelling public are not inconvenienced.

Passengers who wish to register a complaint about the withdrawal of these services or hold existing season or 10 journey tickets and may require a refund are advised to contact First in Suffolk & Norfolk directly on 08456 020 121. Alternatively customers can leave a comment on First in Suffolk & Norfolk's website.
