What makes the sites so secure?

• Safe & Secure design with security fencing, exit control, CCTV coverage, defensive planting, good lighting and clear lines of site across the car parks
• Pro-active site management with staff on hand throughout opening hours, regular car park patrols and logging of incidents
• London Road has a telephone call box to enable customers to obtain assistance after hours 
• At Bury Road and Martlesham there are help points linked through to the CCTV control centre
