Did you know you can now receive bus timetable information straight to your phone by text?
SMS Text information for departures from any bus stop in the region is available by typing in the 8 letter code for the bus stop and sending it to 84268. You will then receive a text back with the times of the next three departures from that stop.
If you want to receive information about times of a particular bus service, then put the SMS code for the stop followed by the bus service number. For example, to get the times for Service 800 to Martlesham from Ipswich, Upper Brook Street, Buttermarket, you would text SUFAPWGM 800 to 84268.
There will be a charge of 25p plus your standard message rate to use the service.
