The Information for Transport Operators document outlines the terms and conditions that apply to contracts let by Suffolk County Council for the provision of local bus services, Home-to-School/College Transport, Special Needs Transport and transport for adults and communities. This schedule complies with the provisions under the Transport Act 1985 and 2000, the Education Act 1996 and the Education and Inspections Act 2006.
