Passengers travelling on Konectbuses services across Suffolk and the wider region will begin to see a new name and look appearing on buses, online and across customer information channels over the coming months.
Konectbuses has announced that it will be rebranding to Central Connect as part of a wider move to bring together bus networks operated within the Transport Made Simple group under a single identity.
The operator has confirmed that bus services will continue to run as normal throughout the transition, with no immediate changes to routes, timetables or ticket validity as a result of the rebrand. Existing websites, mobile apps and social media channels will gradually be updated to reflect the new branding.
Passengers may start to notice Central Connect branding appearing on vehicles and customer information before the full transition is completed.
The operator says the rebrand is intended to provide a consistent identity across its networks while continuing to invest in vehicles, technology and customer services.
