Passes (Replace lost/stolen)
If your pass is lost, stolen or broken then it will need to be replaced at a cost of £10.
Apply and pay for a replacement pass
You can also pay for travel by calling 0345 606 6173.
If you wish to replace the photo on your pass there is a fee of £10.
